Demo - Time Traveler
Transcript
Welcome, Autzen, to the stage. Hey, everybody. So this is super simple. This has nothing to do with my day job or even some of my other projects. This is to solve a specific problem.
I'm on a remote team. We're in lots of different time zones. We're on a Zoom call. I'm trying to quickly understand what time 2 p.m.
in Chicago is in Seoul. TimeTraveler.tech is a start-to-finish project. I did it all ping on Thursday to solve that problem. It's live right now.
I used it on a call yesterday. It worked great. All it is is you very quickly can enter in a time. You very quickly can see what time that is for your other distributed team members. And that's pretty much it.
If you want to swap in different time zones, you click the swap button. I'm a big UX fan of you shouldn't need an explanation. If you're on the page, it should make sense. It'd be cool if other people use it, but if not, it solves my problem. So I'm considering this my first successfully completed project of Lana.
And I'm very excited to share a much larger and grander project with you all next
